Smt. K.Meera Bhat leaves behind a son
Manjunath and  a daughter Malathi.  K.Manjunath
Bhat is married to Nalini and the couple have a
daughter Malini.  Malini is now studying Ayurveda
Medicine in a college in Davanagere, Karnataka
State, India.  
Malathi is younger to Manjunath; she is a MD in
Ayurveda Medicine. Dr.Malathi has chosen to
remain a spinster.

K.K.Bhat
Meera was married to late Sri Kogganna Bhat of Kalkani.  
Kogganna Bhat was working in the Canara Bank in Mangalore when he spotted Meera,
then a student in the Canara High School situated near to his bank.  He began to meet her
frequently and the two fell in love with each other.  
K.K.Bhat as he was known to his friends, married Meera with no dowry and in a simple
wedding ceremony in Ujjire village of Dakshina Kannada Dist on 15th May 1949.  

K.K.Bhat was a kind man and Meera's parents lived happily with their daughter and
son-in-law till their death.

Late Srimathi Meera Bhat was the only child of Mudabidri Narasimha Prabhu, son of
Radha and Lakshmidevi daughter of Nagarkatte Venkappa Mallya.  
The maiden name of Lakshmidevi was Sanjeevi and she was married off to Narasimha,
son of Radha by her father Nagarkatte Venkat Mallya.  Narasimha's relation to Mijar
Annappa Kamath brings Meera into the folds of Adyar Gopal Parivar.  Narasimha was the
only son of Radha, the younger daughter of Mijar Annappa Kamath.

Late Srimathi Meera Bhat was the only child of Mudabidri Narasimha Prabhu, and Lakshmidevi
daughter of Nagarkatte Venkappa Mallya. Narasimha was the one and only  son of Radha,
younger daughter of Mijar Annappa Kamath.
Late Srimathi Meera Bhat was the only child of Mudabidri Narasimha Prabhu, son of
Radha.  Radha was the younger daughter of late Sri Mijar Annappa Kamath and she
married Damodar Prabhu of Gantalkatte village near Mudabidri.  Damodar died in the
1909 epidemic of small pox even when Narasimha was just born and about 5 months
of age.  Radha became a child widow as she was only about 18 years old when her
husband Damodar died prematurely.

Meera used to entertain guests with love and affection be it a near cousin or a distant in-law.  
Meera and Kogganna Bhat lived in the Jayanagar Colony of Bangalore City while K.K.Bhat
worked in Canara Bank Headquarters for most of his employment years.  There was a constant
stream of guests to Meera's house at any given time.
